During a Session

The Four-Step Process
Step 1: Discover
The practitioner begins by asking what you'd like to focus on - whether it’s an emotional challenge, life issue, or other area of concern. They then set the intention to connect remotely with your subconscious. Using an energy-based technique that includes muscle testing, they sense shifts in their own body, which may be energetically linked to yours. This process is used to identify trapped emotions, without you needing to consciously recall them.
Step 2: Decode
Through muscle testing, the practitioner uses an energy-based approach to connect with your subconscious and identify trapped emotions. By applying gentle pressure to their muscles and observing responses, they test statements to help uncover emotional patterns, including their potential origin (e.g., age or event) and how they may be influencing your well-being.
