Christina is the founder of LIVING-DANCE, a fitness, lifestyle, and performance-based company that helps inspire others to lovingly transform their body and life through the discipline of dance and fitness.

Christina graduated from Marymount Manhattan College with a B.F.A. in dance and continues an active role on the department’s advisory board as Nominating Chair. Upon graduation, she performed and taught worldwide with several dance companies, including Buglisi Dance Theatre and Parsons Dance for over a decade.

Her strive for control in the competitive dance industry, along with the pressures society placed on the female form forced Christina to battle with body dysmorphia and anorexia. Yet it was the art of performance that saved her from feeling less than in her body and allowed for a complete transformation resulting in physical prowess, mental clarity, and an unshakeable spiritual connection.

While performing professionally, Christina pursued a parallel career in dance-fitness. She remains a NASM certified trainer, weight loss specialist, and nutrition specialist. While teaching fitness, she realized non-dancers passed the same harsh judgements on their own physiques keeping them in a frustrated, love-hate relationship with their bodies, workouts, and diets. She felted called to help.

Christina’s personal journey and realization inspired LIVING-DANCE. Through dance cardio, barre, meditative stretches, performance-coaching, and live performances LIVING-DANCE gives people the tools and inspiration to be fit and at peace in their bodies so that freedom and confidence can be carried throughout their work and personal life.
