This is the moment (1 min)

This is the moment that matters.

We spend a lot of time planning, worrying, being focused on, talking and acting about the future. Birch Cove Collective member, Christina Wallis, Founder of LIVING-DANCE, recently said in one of our morning workouts:

“This is the moment. There is no future moment to get to. This is it.”

How powerful is that!

It’s true too, “be-ing” in the moment, “be-in” the present, no matter what. You are where you are supposed to be. Giving ourselves permission to focus on this moment, to let go of any upcoming moments, and really embody and enjoy this moment is a gift and a secret to a full life.

If we can learn to enjoy this moment, then all the moments that come after it will have a different flow to them. You will meet them in a new way and transform your own life experience.

Words have power

The people around us often share the most beautiful words with us and the world, we just have to be open to hearing them.

If you love quotes too and have scoured the intenet and books at times to find the perfect quote for the perfect moment, then this is a moment of ahha:

Begin noticing what people around you say.

Of course, you’ll hear bizarre, odd, funny and off-the-wall words but once in a while (and more often than you think) you’ll hear such pearls of wisdom that lifts your spirits.

Words are powerful, the words around us that we see, hear, and absorb go into our cells at the deepest level. Words lift us up and tear us down. Choose words to build up, lift up, and raise each other up.

This is it. This is the moment.

Be well, live intentionally
