Stress Management & Covid-19 Remote Sessions (2 min read)

Schedule remote dial-in sessions for your business teams

Learn how to manage the stress of Covid-19 before it manages you. Fear is more contagious than a virus. As organizations focus intently on operational preparedness, which is imperative, the hidden rise of fear and worry leads to heightened stress, reduced productivity, and impacted immunity.

When stress, fear, worry and anxiety reach unhealthy levels, organizational capability, decision-making, problem-solving, memory consolidation, innovative and critical-thinking, productivity, focus, attention, and immunity are all negatively impacted. Washing hands is one piece of the puzzle, yet there are more dimensions to well-being that we each individually, and as teams, can implement to support our immunity and create healthy practices in stressful situations.

Contact us to schedule a remote dial-in session for your business where we will cover:

  • How productivity & decisions change when stress increases

  • What happens to your immunity when fear, worry, and anxiety reach unhealthy levels

  • What a fear-based mindset does to your business

  • How to spot behavior changes when your organization is overly stressed and what to do about it

  • What you can do to manage stress and implement healthy changes

  • How sleep effects your productivity and changes your immune response

The results for participants:

  • A scientific understanding of stress, fear, worry and anxiety on productivity and immunity

  • How to recognize unhealthy stress, what to do, and how to manage it

  • Revitalized productivity, attention, and focus

  • Practices to release and reduce stress, fear, worry and anxiety
