Your desires are powerful, that one word that jumped out is one to explore.

If nothing comes to mind don’t force it, just make the decision that you’d like to know what one word would be good to experience today and trust that the word will come to you.

Release the idea of resisting the word, your mind may tell you the word is silly or not right, just let that go, instead, accept the word and ask the question “I wonder why this is my word today.” Then, leave it at that.
